Topic: Registration re-opened (to humans)

I have re-opened registration, but added a human verfication question to the process.  I'm not requiring email validation yet, because I'm lazy, but this should stop automated registrations of spammers.  Any people manually doing so for spamming purposes (as mentioned in the forum rules) will simply be banned, as before.

Aaaaaand now email validation is in place.  Sorry, spambitches.  I'm leaving the question, though, because I think it's awesome.  Awesome to the max.
